Feeling worse for ware to begin with and sweating buckets throughout. Hard 60 on a hill session, pushing every time it changed. Then just brought the mileage up in the last 20. Suffering at the end, think I went a bit delirious but sauna helped me out, boring but not too bad once plugged in ans streaming.
18k and about 3000~m climbed.
