Easy trundle at home. Knee generally shut up, grumbled a little. Achilles/heel was hurting a lot though, iced etc after, I'll see.

SENS and SDC. Knee was a bit painful on the way and stayed a bit uncomfortable throughout the gym work. Next few days very easy at home. Maybe cycling made my quad tighter again?

Dragged my arse out because I was at risk of having a very unproductive day. Steady ride out up Hangingwater then Rininglow before essentially a lap of Burbage. Great day for it and the stop for cookies and winegums was ideal.
