Feeling very rough, but the world doesn't stop for a hang over.
Happy with how my easy week has gone, hit the intended mileage and body needed it I think. Working until wednesday but going to try and get the miles back up now.

Wasn't feeling gym tonight so instead got some actual miles in this week. Not that fussed about the miles, feel better for having a week 'off' to some extent, working out some niggles so that's good. Porter summit, burbage mines then just caught the sunset at oxstones before dropping past the llamas and home. Felt very weak and tired at the end.

Night training on Loxley Common. Very poor orienteering, distracted by essay me thinks, then cut it half short when I smashed my shin on a rock and then twisted my ankle, not ideal. Jogged back and picked off a few controls on the paths.

Easier week for this one (well planned before SPOOK). Fairly happy with training and how it's all going, begin racing in January. Legs still pretty tired, likely from footy, so cutting the mileage back for this week, probably good thing as well with a presentation today and essay in for the 16th. Back to normal winter training next week.

Jogged up to forge dam as usual before intervals. Hamstring was niggling all the way and then knee was hurting from where I banged it (forgot about this) on sunday on number 2. So was sensible and didn't run with niggles, so went to the gym.
