Trotting around Endcliffe then a loop in Bingham to look for Matt and Dane.

Hill reps with Matt and Dane in Bingham. 8x50-1min reps with a jog back down recovery. Pretty tough on the legs after yesterday but a fun session. Good work.

Epic run with the shuoc boys Started with a nice trot up Porter, mainly with Dane, then across the top near burbage mines and over on to the moor past the plantation. Then out on to the moor for a couple of k, cut across the heather and took the sketchy path along the crags and over to the outcrop. The dropped off, very cross country through some real rubbish, then back over to the plantation and past the llamas before going back down porter and up to endcliffe for a short loop.

Pyramid intervals with SHUOC, short session, 10s, 20s, 30s, 1m, 2m, 3m, 2m, 1m, 30s, 20s, 10s. Half time recovery after each rep. Moving pretty well for at least the short ones, felt a bit Paula on the first 2 and the 3, so eased off a little. Then perked up and went for it a bit more. Good fun. Pinging out a 2:11 pace for the last couple.
