Running (Warm up) 20:00 [2] 2.5 km (8:00 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Road x-233

Jogging and drills.

Running (Braunstone Park Run) 17:46 [4] 5.0 km (3:33 / km) +40m 3:25 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Road x-233

Went to the park run with the intention of getting a decent time but it wasn't meant to be. Warming up I was feeling quite tight and breathing a little heavy because I forgot my hayfever tablet. Set off a little too quick and I need to start checking my watch to keep on pace. Basically made it an intense tempo, but wasn't moving particularly well. Too tight and wind and climbs weren't great. Quite disappointed with this.
Feet also quite painful, been a bit ripped apart for some reason.

Running 10:00 [1] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Road x-233

Back to the car before spending an enjoyable drive home annoying the arsehole drivers by going out the speed limit, happy times.

Running 51:02 [2] 10.23 km (4:59 / km) +102m 4:45 / km
ahr:100 max:132

Easy paced run out, Ashby, Sandpits, Dunton, Broughton Meadows, home via Stenborough lane. Too many flies, too overgrown, but moving ok. Tired towards the end. Dads shoes again.

Still questionable HRM.

Quite a lot of stretching

Running (Long) 1:08:38 [2] 14.27 km (4:49 / km) +150m 4:34 / km
ahr:73 max:139

Went out with a plan of 70-90mins, felt a little tired around 13k so cut it a bit shorter. Out to the scout camp, then Claybrooke, Bittesby medievil village, fields to Ashby, then cut down to Stenborough and over the rise to home. Nice enough, drizzling throughout, legs a little tired but consistent pace. Training's a bit of a hash until next week, just having fun, feel like it's going well at the minute.

Think HRM is messed up a bit.

Running (Warm up) 13:08 [1] 2.77 km (4:44 / km) +12m 4:38 / km
ahr:127 max:150 shoes: New Balance 1080v3

Easy along the road with the guys, legs a bit tired.

Running (HHAC ) 42:53 [4] 9.25 km (4:38 / km) +101m 4:24 / km
ahr:105 max:171 shoes: New Balance 1080v3

Really tough session with the guys. To be honest, wasn't feeling massively fit or fast prior to it, legs a bit tired from the last few days and speed work has been lacking a little. Session was 2 sets of 10x1min (1min recovery). First 10 were ok, 8/9 a little tough. Second set got a lot harder, managed ok for the first 5 then died on 6/7/8 really having to push, worked hard on 9 and then just tempoed the 10th. Very poor on any hills, or felt like it anyway, but still managed to stay ahead of everyone and running with Mark, who pulled ahead on the last few. Pace was generally 2:55-3min k's and obviously slower with the ones with climb. Quite enjoyed it, but very hard.

Running (Warm down) 14:16 [1] 2.89 km (4:56 / km) +10m 4:51 / km
ahr:80 max:105 shoes: New Balance 1080v3

Crawling, dying.

Cross Training 24:38 [3] 11.45 km (2:09 / km) +32m 2:07 / km

Cycling over to Croft, feeling alright.

Running 40:42 [3] 8.56 km (4:45 / km) +142m 4:23 / km
shoes: Inov-8 x-talon 212

Fairly hilly run over at Croft. Started with an improvised loop around part of the Hash route, incorporating a nice bit of terrain. Then got back to the base of the hill, moved along the bottom of the escarpment, around the pond, then up the woods after the duck board. Then along the top and down to the base of the hill and back to my bike. Legs never really recovered from turning to jelly from the bike, felt like hard work.

Cross Training 28:20 [2] 11.45 km (2:28 / km) +68m 2:24 / km

Back home, legs tired and a headwind with more climb. Quite hard.
