Lost 7-0 pretty sure I'm quitting as don't have the time to commit and it's just nto fun with scorelines like this.

First time i've ever been to a running club so was apprehensive. Got put in the fast group because of my 5k times, 2 sets of 5x600m cross country intervals, was a killer. Didn't stop my watch once, just let it run. Times were consistently 1:56-2:00 which i was really happy with as the 'course' was gruelling, but great fun and definitely going to try and get down here as often as i can.

Guesses at times etc, ran school cross country training, did a fartlek/interval session, felt pretty good.

Headed out for a pretty steady run, not pushing it just sticking at a comfortable pace. I've been trying to do this one route for about 3 weeks now but i keep going wrong and finding new routes and trails which is fun. So did the ullesthorpe standard route then up through ashby then somehow got to leire mill and home. Decent length and felt pretty good bar the blister on my heel.

First national cup match won 3-1, first game for 6th form team played right back. Decent week of running ahead me thinks
