Good session in the gym on some dodgy equipment, but feeling good at the minute. Having to modify my plan being on holiday for heat and resources. Bht trying to make it as close as is possible.

Tennis with Harriet, no effort and scorching hot

Warm up on the treadmill, no air conditioning.

Running (Treadmill intervals) 25:00 [5] 5.5 km (4:33 / km)
shoes: Karrimor Swift Run

Dead on distances, because I was on the treadmill, found the hotels gym. 1:30 on 1min off, 10 reps. So hot because of the lack of air con, but made do and really enjoyed it.

Running (Warm down) 10:00 [1] 1.12 km (8:56 / km)

Much easier warm down, was roasting.

Played tennis with Harriet, haven't played in a while but was actually hitting well, might get in to it again.

Very steady run, intervals tomorrow morning then flying to Turkey in the evening, should get some decent training out there in heat. Haven't stuck to my plan very well, but will tomorrow morning and will on holiday/tour.

Upper body set in the gym, found it pretty tough, especially on deltoids and lats.

Running (Trail Intervals) 17:28 [5] 3.47 km (5:02 / km) +28m 4:50 / km
shoes: Inov-8 x-talon 190

More terrain intervals. Didn't set Garmin to intervals so just timed instead but felt a bit wobbly, but dug in really. 8x400m again, 1 min recovery. Found it very tough in the heat but just got on with it. Felt i was pushing more today hence the 5.
