First bit of proper sport since injury to knee, went well considering physical state i am in. Hoping to do more training this week

Have been injured this week threfore haave not done ny training, wiill get back in to it next week yet it will be slower and less intense than previous seseions until i am back up to full fitness

Jircs was going to try and be turning ppoint this year and it started badly. I messed up by 2 minutes in number one but then after that for the next 7 controls i was good. When i was coming out of number 8 something happened to my kneee yet i swear i did nothing to it, but basically i couldn't run. For some stupid reason, i decided i would finish. As it turns out, i gad damaged the ligaments in my right knee so running 5.5 k on that didn't help, needless to say im injured so yay!!!

Was having a really good run for roughly half the race. Then began to make a few mistakes by not concentrating. Witht the change of area, aagain i didnt concentrate and again made a few mistakes. After that i stopped thinking altogether and messed up hugely no18 which i was massively annoyed by. I was slow from abiut 12 inwards and thats when i started making mistakes. Basically it was a bad race from my point of view because too many mistakes on such a simple area

Haven't done a lot of training because of exams over last few weeks, will get back in to it gradually this week and the after next weekend and the see where it vlgoes from there
