Back in a very wet Rivelin. Most of the standard route but took in the steeper climb up to top path from the bridge instead of Coppice. Shin hurting on the downhill's but other than that feeling ok. So much easier to run in Sheffield. The cut on my shin is healing nicely and shouldn't be an issue in a few days but the swelling on the skin on top of the bone is what's hurting I think, big bruising and hurts when my calf or anything is pulled. Should settle down and not be too much of an issue though.
