Up Latrigg at a good pace (26 mins) then back via railway line. All OK.

From Braithwaite. Grisedale Pike , Hopegill Head, Grasmoor, Wandope, Crag Hill, Sail and Causey Pike. A bit of a cold wind at times otherwise not bad for November. Legs etc all fine.

Same as Tuesday, but tried a bit harder on the climbs. Castle Hill 17:19, F Tyas 31:05, C Hill 45:05. All OK apart from right glute.
