To end of Honley Woods early doors to avoid heat. Helping on start at Halifax urban.
Right hammy and glute awful.
Easy week ahead as lots of early starts/work means little time for training.

Following a new EPOC member around C course. Easy pace. Lots of chatting.

Re-ran course as a warm-down/ proper run. Really happy with pace as did not feel hard. However, right hamstring and glute became tight and numb as I pushed on. Need to do some exercises as this problem must not hamper me again this year.

Up the valley at a brisk pace. Eased up on way back as both glutes getting tight. Have to keep an eye on this.
