Re-run of Brighouse Urban from Sept 2014. SJM 34:14 Martin 33:01
Ran hard (it was 8:40 am) and felt in control, but time and splits tell a different story with my pace always being slow. Not great up the hills, but not gasping too much today. Glutes and lower back tight. Calves OK without socks.

1:52, 1:54, 52, 53, 1:45, 1:43.
Glutes still tight and gasping a bit at first.

Urban Orienteering race 31:42 [5] 6.9 km (4:36 / km) +155ft 4:27 / km
shoes: NB Road

Saltaire Urban Blue course from last year.
Ran hard and suffered up hills. Gasping.
Error at #16 40secs and slow to #14 and #9.
Wining time on day 35:03, but this was Women's Vet course.
Both buttocks tight and restrictive. Calves OK, no socks again.

Usual run up valley.
Both buttocks very tight and unresponsive. Made me run a bit funny.
