Settlers track walk which crosses the Boboyan Divide O map at the end of Namadgi National Park. The track is apparently the only walking track NOT burnt in the national park. The O map area was not burnt and looks pristine. Countryside was greenish, creeks running, frogs croaking and a few roos and wallabies. Walk goes from Bayshaws Homestead to Waterhole Hut then Westermans Homestead and back to start. Fire stopped about 3 kms north of the map. Other areas we drove past to get there look very bleak - some regrowth but stark scenes. Some of the Rendezvous Creek map looks like it was not burnt and Glendale lower slopes near the road were burnt but looked OK - the thick green on the east side of the creek on the Glendale map is burnt thank goodness - last event I ran there some course setter sent us into that area. Lovely weather.
