Had slight left ankle sprained on leg 1 *&^$#$! Stupid me that didn't use my ankle braces. Right now, my ankle on RICE.

From home to John Hopkins Medical Center appointment with cardiologist. My primary doctor concern about my pulse rate and blood pressure so refer me to see cardiologist. My BP was 171/105 (too high) and the pulse rate was 44. She gave me different kind of BP medicine to see if that will help the BP lower in few days.
