A long walk from the parking lot to the Double Duck Flats event.

Didn't do well on control #2 and 4 but the other rest were ok. Noticed my weakness is read on map with cliffs. Need to work on cliffs.

Our place located only about 150 meter to the Thomass event. Don't need any transportation at all. Nice! I was little worry about my knee and groin. Didn't feel any pain until about 2km to finish begin to feel pain on left groin. Will stretching again tonight.

Arrived Cranbrook late afternoon then stopped at Kimberly to book our room. Then drove back to Cranbrook for model event at Kettle Lake. Did use the scale 1:10000 and had to use my magifly glass. After 8th control, my left rear knee bothering so decided to quit and return to parking lot. Did it pretty good read the map and catching features. Will go tomorrow model event also.

Stopped at Post Falls, Idaho and hiked around the water falls and state park. Beautiful view of the falls and rocks...

Was planning to go out for run but my left groin bothering. I guess its best to rest before I go to NAOC. Hopefully, the groin pain will go away by the time.
