(injured) shoes: Nike Air Training

Running at West Allis, Wisconsin at 8:00AM. Very humid and warm. I feel much better but still feel pain in lower right side back and right knee. Will try to run longer tomorrow at Greenfield park.

At physical therapy center, work on my right shoulder and lower right back. Massaged for about 15 min and heated for 15 min.

Stretched and massaged at physical therapy. I learned some of the new stretching for the lower back and neck. The therapist said that I have a muscle spasm at my lower right side back and slight right side between neck and shoulder. I am requiring to attend PT for 6 weeks twice a week.
Hopefully, by the time I will be recovered 100 %.

DVOA at French Creek East. The weather was fabulous. Our friend, Missy Kaler, from FLO joined with us for the weekend.
I couldn't completed the green course because my lower right side back pain. I could feel numb on right leg and foot. So I decided to stop and walk back to the finish area.
