Soon, we will be leaving for SVO at Rocky Ridge.

My abdomen isn't 100 percent recovered yet. Anyway, we went up to York, Pa for SVO - Rocky Ridge park for O'. The weather was fabulous and dry. Patti and I were the only O'ers on green course. Patti started first then I waited about 10 minutes. I passed Patti at control #3 then we both race for #4 then after #5. We went to different route. I apparently made a terrible error for control #6 due wrong navigate. I setup the compass on the opposite direction. Also, made another two errors on # 7 and #9. I need to be more and more careful with it. Next time, I must take time to plan the route carefully before execute the leg.

After about 10 minutes, I begin feel tired but continue running until passed 40 minutes. My last time running was since April 23rd.

After, I went to see the Dr. yesterday. Finally, I feeling much better since about 2 weeks ago. Right now, I am taking medication for couple of weeks.

I tried to stretch upper abdomen, situps and jog but couldn't due pain in abdomen. But I could go up the stairs 6 floors ok. Weird! Will see Dr. tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, the Dr. will cure it quickly. I can't wait to go back to workout and running since last time on April 24th. I have been so restless and lil cranky.
