There were quite bit of snow, ice and slush in some shade area. Good thing that I wearing VJ with spikes. Did it alright but made a silly error. I was looking the wrong control and realized had go back about 150 m. Lost about 5-7 minutes. Me goofy!

I started at 1:13pm and the temp was kind warm and bright sunny. I should have remove my UA cold gear long sleeve tights before start. I kindly run slower and noticed my back was bothering. About half way, my back became feel tight and got tired already. Afterward, we had a potlucks, announcements, chat some people and good times. Patti and I gave an presentation about USA Deaf Orienteering team and World Deaf Orienteering Champs. Thank you for my hearing daughter Jennifer as ASL (American sign language) interpreter.
