Started ~3min behind the podium on 7th place. Took the three runners starting 1-1:30min in front of me on the way to control 2/3, following a race on my own. Fastest time of the day, at least.

Basically ok, except for a bigger mistake to #11. Physically a very good feeling, best split to #2 and still in Top-3 at the fourth control. Trying to keep this spot a bit longer the next time... :)

Sprint test race


Losing some 4-5 seconds here and there (2/7/16/23), however, it has been a good confirmation of the result at the sprint swiss champs - and half of the ticket to Euromeetng. The shape is good, it will be all about the mental part in today's middle race.
