Oslo late sprint session, lovely sunset in some parts of the training. Some controls blocked by building lots (9/11/12) but the main mistake occured during the cool down. The "I-will-make-it-home-without-a-map"-plan totally failed, leading into an extra loop... :)

Falling down on my arm straight after #2. Even though I was wearing the cast I started to struggle and think about my arm more than about the map and the forest. Not the best performance, but in some parts ok. (Though, not sure where my eyes have been over around at #7)
