Running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Orienteering race 17:22 [4] 4.3 km (4:02 / km) +10m 4:00 / km
shoes: ASICS Gel-Cumulus 16 (yellow)

Spending the whole evening after the Middle race in the bed, feeling quite sick. Tried to concentrate as good as possible, except for #11 (and probably #12) it would have been quite ok. The physical part was a desaster, not sure was it the right decision to run...

Orienteering race 37:37 [4] 6.0 km (6:16 / km) +160m 5:32 / km
shoes: VJ Integrator

Endless waiting for the toilet, downhill sprint to the start and cramps from 10-15, technically quite good, just to the easy 5th control I was one open land to early im my mind and started looking for the control already there. Lovely terrain but felt not 100% ready physical.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)

Swiss long distance selection race for WC/WOC. Preparation the day before was, let's say, contraproductive...still it was a nice long training. The two races on the weekend I'll tackle more serious :)
