Night-Sprint mass start.

Quite tricky with the underground levels, some problems to spot those to the first control there, but then a good race (apart from all the fences on the east part I ran around...but those were quite hard to spot.)

11 AM

Orienteering race 1:00:25 intensity: (4:25 @0) + (30:25 @1) + (3:47 @2) + (2:14 @3) + (4:55 @4) + (14:39 @5) 8.72 km (6:56 / km) +99m 6:33 / km
ahr:137 max:187

Already a bit tired, but managed to do an almost no mistake race and keep up the pace.

Orienteering race 39:57 intensity: (14:33 @1) + (2:48 @2) + (1:40 @3) + (4:16 @4) + (16:40 @5) 6.54 km (6:07 / km) +119m 5:36 / km

After just 20 minutes of rest, this was killing me. Quite slow feeling, but a cool ending of this weekend in the capital.

Paris O Tour #1

Cool sprint, messed it up on the long route choice. Didn't saw the entrance at first and wanted to take an entry on the right (which apparently doesn't exist....)

Sprintti

Miserable GPS, it is bad in such areas, but this was really bad....had to put more adjusting points in Quickroute than the course had controls.

Oh, and I DID visit control #3 :D
