Orienteering race 52:51 intensity: (3:16 @0) + (12:39 @1) + (2:55 @2) + (8:06 @3) + (17:02 @4) + (8:53 @5) 6.59 km (8:01 / km) +322m 6:27 / km
ahr:156 max:186

Even a great six-pack of beer for the 3rd one, but should have won this race:
Twice a 2+min mistake. Control #3 was placed in the wrong "dotted brown line" (anyone a suggestion for the real name?) and too much east of the control circle. Anyway, my mistake. And #8 was hidden very well in the same kind of place, we've been searching for it in a group of 5 runners.

Orienteering 21:00 [3]

Putting out controls

Orienteering 46:05 [3] 5.23 km (8:48 / km) +186m 7:29 / km

Multi technical training....Not very focused as I had to organize the whole day, but got some controls right. As well some helping others, so some way arounds are not mistakes :D

As the level of the lake was more than 2m higher than usually, #14 was placed in middle of the lake. As we were learned to touch every control, I was going there for sure...
2 PM

Orienteering 34:00 [2]

Collect controls..

Orienteering 38:00 [3] 2.92 km (13:02 / km) +49m 12:01 / km

Much chatting and helping in one of the most difficult forest in middle Europe.
And even some extra training after:

Hitting Person X in the forest, already on my way to collect the flags.

X: I can collect the flags...
Me: (Knowing that this isn't a good idea), no, just go, I'll wait some minutes.
X: Nono, just GO, I can do this.
Me: OK, but remember, it isn't easy...

Continuing, one control is placed wrong, so I was heading back soon to report and especially get to know where the wrong placed control might be.
Knowing this place, I'm heading back up the forest, still on the path X appears.

X: My compass is broken, I can't find anything.
Me: ("+)(/&*"çUZD)(/"+çUZBSD) OK, no problem, I'll collect them.

So back to the forest (without compass as well) but it was quite easy the second time.

What we learned: Don't give hard tasks to people not even you trust in...
