One and a half minute of (mostly) stupid mistakes in todays sprint, that was just too much. Additionally, the legs were quite tired and the result not really good...
Laura said it's a good idea to do some short speed things the day before the competition, well, probably it's not a wrong thing in generally but at least this weekend it WAS for me. Was not going full speed anyway but still I wasn't in a good shape on Sunday (see "tomorrow"). My legs felt tired throughout the whole week, so some easier days before heading north might be a good thing!
