Some (actually 2h-ChartyRun) in my home town....to not force my knee/feet after a longtime not being on asphalt that long I only ran 1h)

Last training, easy running and once totally lost with some other runner....

Mass start, 2xKO-Sprint, Chasing start. Together with the whole Swiss team as well. That was massive fun!! Got 5 wasp stings at one control....

middle, ankle still hurting, collecting controls....walking most of the time.

Rest this afternoon because of the ankle....taking pictures and scaring some people in the forest :)

RouteChoice training together with some Swiss as well, collecting most of the controls this time and sprained my ankle (on a street - how stupid!!)

Memory/reduced map training

MiddleDistance (collected some controls as well - and forgot one of them): Running two the third last a girl which was lost told me to follow her so she for sure finds the last controls, but she hadn't had the same course. So finally in the finish I did some extra run for take the stupid #21 home... :)

And we learn: Don't always follow the girls...
