Laura said it's a good idea to do some short speed things the day before the competition, well, probably it's not a wrong thing in generally but at least this weekend it WAS for me. Was not going full speed anyway but still I wasn't in a good shape on Sunday (see "tomorrow"). My legs felt tired throughout the whole week, so some easier days before heading north might be a good thing!

Long test race in Barricata: Physically not really good, but had a good "group" to run with after I did a 5min mistake to #1...was leading the group most of the time and quite secure except for one more control where I was totally lost (might say that it was a "bingo-control" somewhere in middle of a hill which was only visible from 2m away) - 7-8min of search there....vittu!!!

Went quite good even though yesterdays competition wasn't a short sprint.
