Feeling very tired. Need another rest day
Knee felt fine during Portugal. Very happy about that, going to take it a bit easy next week too see how the body reakts but seems like there's no stop to starting to train properly now.

Last forest session in Portugal.
Masstart with the boys. Fun to run as a pack in the first part. Took some different routs and got spit up.
Felt extremely tired as I hit 45min and decided to call it a day.
Compass and redlined the last controls to the finish. Happy to end it with a good feeling.

Another version of last night "draw you own" training. Still not picking the right features in this terrain. Lost focus in a few places and started out quite badly. Got better as we went along the course.
Poor compass work in some places and didn't see all the things I wanted to see.
Good chat with the boys at the finish comparing what we all used and how everyone was thinking in this type of terrain.

Corridor + white map × corridor under the line training.
Found it very hard. Felt like I stayed in bounds on the first corridor section. And the first compass control went fine. But after that it got a bit ugly. Ended up doing the last bit of the redline corridor with fleury after we eventually found where we were on the map.

Went really well for most parts.
2 missed controls and a few seconds in the ring at some places.
Hard to spot the different kinds of green. But got better throughout the course.

Orienteering on a blank map with only my own "important feature" very hard as I didn't put in any of the vegetation and my picture wasn't the best. Missed some off the features that would have been handy. Very interesting session.
