caught a cold on the way home.sore throat runny nose and sneezing a lot today, hopefully if wont be a bad one. no fun working today but I got the day of tomorrow. just gonna rest.

Jukola relay 3rd leg 2nd team.
not too happy with my run. about 7-8min of mistakes.
and towards the end when i wanted to accelerate a got a cramp feeling in my hammies so only a minor increase in speed.
but i had some good parts. the beginning 1-5 and the end 19-32 was good.
major confidence boost when the group started following me halfway from 22 to 26. after that they had faster runners to follow..

Stockholm city cup E3
nice area and a good course.
did not have a good race, made mistakes to 1,2,9,11 and 12.
felt strong a the end. thats good. and 4 splits in top14. one of them was the long leg and one the second longest leg.

mostly good orienteering.
a bit sloppy in the beginning when i didnt read the circle enough and looked for the wrong feature, relocated on what i thought was the right feature and got the control. biggest mistake was overshooting one control due to not looking at the map enough, cost prob about 30sek.

struggeld on the hills. i think my warmup was to halfassed and i got some lactoacid in the beginning witch made it hard to run fast. it was very hilly today.
