Bird Ridge with Meg. Slightly leisurely pace. Lots of good conversation. Cool on top; need to take mittens, along with gloves on grey and windy days. Peak #24 (or 17).

I *think* I got my back left rib to flop back into place with some persuasion by a tennis ball (AND the fact that I made an appt with a PT to work on it next week). I'm remarkably excited about the prospect of losing the pain.
