Walk in the dark. With Kahtoolas to cope with the ice. Adrenalin rush from a moose 12 feet away that turned out to be a fallen limby tree. Glittery city lights lifted my mood.

Started for a walk, then trotted to the bottom of the big hill. Walked from there. Traction lacking.

The ice is bad enough that I got the wind trainer out yesterday -- first time in a decade or so. Went for a ride tonight outside, looking over the glittering lights of the city.
