Trotted most of the way to Campbell Creek, mixed walk/trot on the way back. Trail was slushy/slick and I didn't feel good at all on uphills and was interested in having an enjoyable experience, so I walked lots on uphills. Collected 10 little plastic bags of poop people have left by the side of the trail. I suspect people bag it on their way out and think they're going to pick it up on the way back but forget. A few cans and bottles on the road, too.
Beautiful warm weather and fresh air. Didn't spend enough time outdoors this weekend.
Not sure whether my HRM has gone bad, or my heart's doing something funky; likely the former. I feel bad enough to make me wonder about my heart.

Walk on a beautiful evening. I finally got the ARCT club shirts ready to order, a year and a half after I promised to do it. My first design got a thumbs down from 1/2 of the commenters. It had bear tracks across the back, and people thought they were bad karma. I had to agree; I hadn't considered that. But that took the wind out of my sails and it took a lot of effort to get to a second design. Not fantastic but good enough. Stop by oalaska.org to see Dan modeling the prototype.
Down the Hive, up the Stinger and Jive. Started track at park entrance, so add 5-6 minutes.
