More training credit for pre-party cleaning. More window washing. Gave up on the environmentally friendly cleaner when perched on a very tall ladder, with freezing hands, with time running out before 60 people show up. Then, washed most of the floor. Between yesterday and today, probably 8 hours of intensive, deep cleaning. I was thoroughly exhausted before the co-hosts showed up and pulled it together. Successful event with not too much collateral damage.

Determined to get in a little exercise before eating and drinking. Thought it would be a trot, but SI or pyriformis was a little tweaky, so just did a quick walk on muddy trails in the snow. Still trying to ward off the crud.

I'm giving myself a little training credit for this. Washed the big picture windows in prep for big party tomorrow. Tried to do it with natural, environmentally friendly cleaner. Required lots of polishing to get rid of streaks, which is where the strength training comes in.

Walk on single track with Dan. First exercise since last Saturday. Ugh. Been trying to ward off the post-vacation crud. Successfully so far.
