Dan marked up a map on the single track trails and we 'ran' it reverse from each other. I got confused on one, lost on 4 so somehow walked past 4 and 5. Got 6, walked slightly past then looked at 7 from a distance, then was late for a party so came home. Didn't feel very good coming up the hill. Prob need to stop eating and hour before i'm going to run. The cold breeze flowing down the hill onto my sweaty body doesn't help me feel great. Dan had fun. Oh yeah. Bad orienteering on my part but I did do well relocating a couple times.

walk to park entrance, then start time and trot/walk up south rim trail, down T-line and panorama and gas line. I hope by the end of winter to be able to trot all the way up south rim trail.
Massage day. Leslie's learning how to be a rolfer and is practicing pain infliction on me. Today - bottoms of feet, and insides of shins. I screamed. Glute feels much better. Not the neck.
