From T on Clark-Wolverine Rd to Overlip house. Slow, but at least I trotted the whole way, which was better than the last time I did this - in about april. My shoulders hurt while trotting. Ugh. I think my Raven shoes are 1 size too big. Scored 3 cans for my aluminum collection. Saving up enough for a mango- and spruce-colored R44 helicopter.

Yoga in the Overlip driveway on golden birch leaves. doing the tree pose along with the birch and spruce and leaning snags. Stretching and twisting on my back, admiring the gnarly twisted nearing-naked birches and blue sky, and listening to birds whose names I don't know.
Picked crabapples with too-short-a-ladder, including climbing, pulling, balancing, hanging, reaching, stretching, hand-eye coordinating. Can't that count as training? Filled a shopping bag. Mmmm. Crabapple liqueur...
