Took a walk, easing back in after about three weeks of doing NOTHING. Beautiful pink sky casting light on dead alder leaves made they glow a lovely orange.

The usual... I felt weaker all-around than last time I did these. Perhaps because I haven't done them in a while and...am weaker. 6 more days 'til getting my body in shape moves one notch up the list of priorities.

Rusty Point. with Dan, Liz, Bob. Exc that I felt rotten so lagged. Had trouble with body temp management also, with slight breeze and maybe 24 degrees. Ugh. Not sure why I feel SO lousy on uphills some days, and great on others. Will check back in log...
Nov 12 edit: part of feeling bad, I think, was chest-tightening anxiety. Work-life transition is more stressful than I'd imagined. Losing sleep for the first time in 30 years.

Note

I quit my job of 32 years this week. What a relief. What changes to behold!? Let's see how that affects the 'getting in shape' that I've been wanting to do for...hmm...about 32 years. Started by signing up for a week of Yoga in Paradise, for which I need to 'get in shape' so I don't injure myself. Stay tuned..
