spiked:14/18c shoes: New Balance M870v3

MetrOLeague at Centennial Park
First visit here for a long time & really enjoyed it. Navigation was straightforward... but still made a few sloppy errors, totalling about 2 mins lost:
Overran 3 and had trouble spotting 10 behind the tree.
Hesitation & bad route choice to 11.
Ran towards 7 instead of 12 (extra 300m).
Exhausted by the end with all the open flat running.

Strength & Conditioning 15:00 [5]

Battle ropes & medicine ball circuit with Stan. Close to vomiting by the end.

Squash 25:00 [1]

Both physically spent before going on the court so turned into the shortest and least intense training session for a long time.

shoes: Asics contend 2

Nice course along the cycle path through Bicentennial Park, along the foreshore, and back. Faded a bit in the 4th km and got passed but finished strongly over the last 300m. Daydreaming and missed the turn off to the finish line but luckily there was a little track to cut back through the garden bed and just held on to first place.

Pennant Div-3 Round 14 at Elanora
3-0 loss to LW (270). Out-crafted. Team won 17-11.
Team is guaranteed 1st place with one round remaining before finals. A remarkable result considering we've only had 3 of 6 players available for most of the season, and seeded 4th in the division.

Beep test: 14-8
Intense squash training over the past couple of months has paid off. Feeling much more explosive off the mark than I used to be. Will aim for level 15 with fresher legs next time.
