12:30 pm - did the Intro course at the Woodridge O today, after teaching beginner instruction three times. Enjoyed that and I had good students.
Walked the course except running at the end (easy).

Walking with more run intervals. Double pace counts of 25-30 for each run portion as well as walk portions. So Galloway 25/25 (dbl paces).
Muscles just above the back side of the right knee felt tight and straining toward the end. 15 sets of ~100m runs between 27 dbl paces of walking.

Neighborhood walk from Paul & Deb's house north, then south and thru Bay Indies mobile home park (huge). Missed my last turn and added extra distance. Some speed walking, but mostly at steady clip.

walking and some race walking but that fit like I was overdoing the hamstring, so let up. Om the Legacy Trail, put 30 min and turned around. Dee ran ahead and covered a lot more miles. But, it felt OK to go over 3 1/2 miles.
