DD workout but after Rob Jones' lecture last night at Ad Astra Running, I did no exercises that involved twisting my back. That meant doing alternate exercises or nothing for 30% of the workout led by DD leaders. Then went to weight room and did the nip stretching exercises plus the lat machine exercises. feeling better to walk, but not ready to run.
Slept 6.5 hrs, took an hour nap before noon.
