Ate leftovers and drank the wine from our holiday pot-luck last night. Making sure I take my Mylanta after consuming the alcohol and tomato sauce and chocolates I should be avoiding. My one day away fom from restricted diet.

Form 9th/Vermont to Mass, 14th, Jayhawk Blvd, Miss, 9th and back. Very tired. Almost wanted to walk at the top of 14th and I was barely jogging at a very slow pace. I bit over trained this week.

Tried new trail shoes - worked fine. Sunny, temp: 35-40F.

I must have turned off my Garmin on two legs instead of hitting the splits.

DD calisthenics at SPL. It was 45F outside so I decided to run outside rather than laps inside.

We did about 8. mile inside doing alps around the soccer field. About 10min.

Outdoor run from SPL to bike path to 6th, then over to Stone Meadow, Rock Chalk Dr and back to parked car at SPL. 3.55 miles in 41 min.

Still sluggish from long run on Monday. Did not wear a headlamp, could have used one. Lots of new construction south of the KU track.

From house to north Lawrence levee passed boat ramp about 1/2 mi east, turned around, then over to N 9th and Mechanic, back on Locust, over bridge, Burcham & S Shaw Parks and home. Wanted to get at least 16K (Garmin was set in metric).

Mostly Galloway 60/30 intervals, but started 1st 1K all running, returned to house to change from gloves to mittens before out again.
