Temp: about 10F and windy, so Red Dog told everyone to go to the KU (Miss. Street) parking garage. Stretching before and after run.

running/walking hills 22:30 [2] 2.0 mi (11:15 / mi)
shoes: Hoka One One

2 sets of ramps plus 2 sets of stairs, and 75m backwards jog and 75m jog up one ramp.
Tested 2 gloves (different ones in each hand) I might have used at Jan 1 O' meet (eventually canceled) and opted for the thick insulated ones. Wasn't really looking forward to a run in the woods at zero degrees.

Went to the Comm. Bldg but there was no Dog Days. Started to snow, decided to skip my AM run and went grocery shopping instead. Then 13 min stretching and working on the achilles heel problem (right foot) which hasn't gone away. Running is OK,just aches afterwards all the time. So, back to Rob Jones exercises to stretch the calf muscles.
