Note
slept:7.0 (rest day)

After work, cooked dinner, then watched KU-KSU game (the good guys won). Damon called and said he'd pick Dee up from the airport, so I was
able to get more sleep before the trip to Hawn Friday.

7 AM - to Dunn Bros (but didn't see the 7 at 7 group), so headed to 27th, Haskell campus, back via James Naismith's grave. Saw Karen Hyde on her run at Haskell. Sunny, no wind, 26F. 3 Clif Blks, Gatorade. Even though I raced yesterday, it was short, need to to get thsoe long runs in consistently now. Biofreeze on left back side overnight - couldn't sleep on that side.

strength/stretching 17:00 [1]
slept:8.0 shoes: Integrator

5 min dynamic stretching, then warmup jog about 3x around parking area.
Sunny, 35F, decided to not wear a hat, eventually took off thin black gloves.

PTOC Meet at Blue & Gray Park: Green Course. Decided not to take the road to #1 to work on map reading. Lucky to check my compass before going up the wrong reentrant to #1. Horse trails were hard to run on, so did a lot of direct routes not bothering with trails. Very thorny compared to what we will see at Hawn SP next week. Punch card came loose again from my elastic string holder, so stuffed it in the map case again. Not very sharp, but no big mistakes.
