out on the Gib test running some of Paddys ultralong courses with Shallot & David. really fun, although my orienteering was generally rubbish! Was such a cool area:) fell down a big rock at one point, landed pretty hard and thought i had permanently damaged my L bum cheek haha, but after 5mins i could walk again lol (sitting down is now painfree again, its all good). cut off the last few controls cos i was suuuper thirsty. ALSO saw a wombat and it stuck its head down its burrow and had its big fat bum just hanging out and i waited for ages to see if it would come back out but it didn't :( still, v happy to see another wombat WOO

Sydney! woo!! run with Barnett running tours from La perouse all along the coast up to Maroubra. so awesome! some really nice beaches!! fave one was little bay. the run turned into more of a rock climb/ boulder/ dodge the ginormous waves / don't fall off this tiny ledge kinda thing! lolol
then after a late lunch went to Coogee beach :)

Up to the top of Rangitoto island! explored some cool lava caves before coming down the other side of the summit and back round the coast track. looovely sunny day:):):) and everyone i met was super friendly haha!
