was meant to either do whitford point race or the summer league but mum didnt get back from work in time with the car unfortunately. also whitford race was pricey!! so me and the bro's + dog went for a run in clyne. did a hill relay type thing which was hard but fun! defo went faster than i would've done on my own
why does my garmin say i did so much climb? 769m? is that normal? #gadgets #whizz oH lol wait
okay taking the climb off.. otherwise it says i was doing (4.39m/k).. which i was most definitely not. LEUL

in other news. had a mare.. was trying to teach myself how to skateboard (im just that bored) and fell off and it TOTALLY feels like my elbow has been permanently CRUSHED or whatever and hurts like a mofo! need those elbow pads like. #lessonlearned. dont try this at home kids
and i was doing SO WELL!
