DFOK Park Race at Crystal Palace. Silly mistake at No 13, ran out of the control in the wrong direction. Cost me maybe 30 seconds but several places.

Hard going - headwind, and very tired - not sleeping well due to the heat/humidity at the moment. Bike is a bit happier, even though I did nothing too it - but do need to set the gears properly.

To City Runners, then home. Not feeling 100%.

Slowest ever run of the circuit. Dropped straight off the back of Group 4, ran on my own for most of the race (catching up with a slower group right at the end.)

Definitely demoting myself for next time (which is probably not until 15 July, due to the Park Race series.)
