11 AM

Mountain Biking 1:10:00 [2] 12.6 km (5:33 / km) +300m 4:58 / km

Tyndrum to Auch on the road, then up the stony, bumpy track towards Loch Lyon. Several large fords which were difficult to cross. Raining.
12 PM

Hillwalking hills (Munros) 2:23:11 [1] 5.95 km (24:04 / km) +650m 15:34 / km
shoes: New Balance M860SB4

#208 Ben Mhanach (the awkward one behind the two classic Bridge of Orchy Munros: Beinn Dorain and Beinn an' Dotaidh.) Shortened walk due to the rain and lack of proper footwear - the plan had been to do two Munros further east, then do this one on the way back. As it was, I had loads of time, so climbed really slowly. Cloud at around 900m for the main summit, but lifted briefly when I climbed the subsidary top, for a bit of a few down the rainy, misty glens. Slow, pleasant descent down to 400m - the bealach between Glen Orchy and Glen Lyon.
3 PM

Mountain Biking 2:07:33 [2] 17.52 km (7:17 / km) +150m 6:59 / km

Back down the stony track to Auch, then a section of the West Highland Way towards Tyndrum. Rain had just about stopped. Killing time due to the shortened walk, so first cycled to Loch Lyon to have a look. Then went to the other viaduct to again have a look, discovered a hidden (open) hatch to a walkway underneath it.
