slept:5.0 shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11 AW11

London Marathon. H/M time was 1:43:31 (target 1:44:00).
As expected (due to not long enough training) my speed drifted in the second half of the race, but crucially not by the amount I had anticipated, so I was able to make 10 minutes up on my planned time in the second half.

5km splits: 24:00, 24:30, 24:49, 24:47, 25:40, 26:43, 28:02, 27:54, (11:41)
Plan was: 24:10, 24:10, 25:00, 25:00, 28:20, 28:20, 30:00, 30:00, (13:00)

Pleased not to have gone over 6min/km at any point during the race, and even mustering a bit of a "sprint" near the end.
