To work, then later to Dulwich Park, then later home. @HWW again usefully paced me on the last leg as far as Shoreditch. When he's weighed down with massive panniers, and all cut up from race injuries, it is just about possible to keep up with him.

Frolics course at MVOC Beddington Park. Actual distance run 4.7km. Very hot. Didn't do the extension as too wiped out from the heat. Also hadn't recovered from yesterday...
