Work to Danson Park. Busy in places in rush hour, but generally fast, especially along the A2 and A207. Shooter's Hill - painful going up, but going down was incredible. Hit 58.9km/h without pedalling!

DFOK Danson Park Race - Long course. Pleasant weather for running - overcast, cool. Also very much a runners' course, made more tricky by the map being quite old and wrong in a couple of key places! Finished 5th, 1m15 behind Dan. Couldn't have gone any faster though I think. (Showing GPS distance here).

From Danson Park, via Tower Bridge. Tired, felt slow. Shooter's Hill still great fun though.

Raining lightly. Slightly earlier than normal - noticably busier traffic for the first bit (around the gyratory). Appreciated the extra acceleration from using cleets - very handy when lights change.

After a day of highs and lows at work...
N.B. Noticed that the cycle computer appeared to stop working for around 20 seconds on Hampstead Road, as I was crossing the railway lines. Electrical interference?
