Road Running race (FPTT) 20:44 [5] 5.0 km (4:09 / km) +65m 3:54 / km vdot: 47.8

Arrived late at today's Finsbury parkrun, had to jog to the start and probably started around 30-40 seconds late. As I was therefore overtaking a lot of people (about 50), I felt like I was going fast, but actually it probably wasn't any faster than my normal pace. I probably could have chased down two more people ahead of me near the end, for a top-10 place, but happy with 11th considering. 20:44 is my race time, actual time probably just over 20 minutes (GPS didn't work too well either.)

SLOW Kingston Street-O. Tricky course, lots of dead-ends and controls which looked a lot closer than they were, due to the road layout - in the north part of the map. The south was more urban and built-up, but I spent so long in the north part I didn't have any time for the south. Although I finished 30 seconds late (10 second penalty) this meant I was able to get a 30-pointer. Finished with 420 points out of a maximum of 850 - Ed was top scorer with 580, having run nearly 16km in the hour.
