Field Surveying (City of London Map) 1:55:00 [1] 16.0 km (7:11 / km)

On bike, visiting most of the streets on the new COL map, finding errors.

Cycle Commuting (In to Work) 27:30 [2] 8.2 km (3:21 / km)

Very hot (>25*C) as travelling in at the hottest part of the day (~1700.) Slowed down a lot at the canal, partly because it was very busy but also because it was so hot.

Cycling (To Event) 1:15:00 [3] 28.0 km (2:41 / km)

Hackney to Ham. Feeling pretty tired.

Orienteering race (Trail Challenge) 43:44 [4] ** 9.9 km (4:25 / km)
shoes: Gym Trainers

Trail Challenge 10K at Richmond Park. Evening race, but hot and sunny. Felt good after the first couple of km though. Finished 15th out of around 140 people.

Cycling (Joglon) 6:55:00 [3] 154.0 km (2:42 / km) +1300m 2:35 / km
shoes: Specalized MTB Cleats

Lasswade (near Edinburgh) to Morpeth (near Newcastle). Via Carter Bar (420m altitude). Rained for about half the time, but pretty warm. On my own. Fast after the first 40km, really powered the last 50km. Felt great at end, not too tired. Hills were also OK, and even the A68 wasn't too busy. Top.
